The Ehime Factory specializes in the processing and manufacturing of seafood mix and peeled shrimp mix products.
For the retail market, we handle products suitable for various temperature ranges, including frozen, chilled, and ambient. In addition, we produce a wide variety of private brand (PB) and OEM products for commercial use and corporate clients.
One of the key features of our seafood mix and peeled shrimp mix products is that all packaging is performed manually by skilled workers. Through careful visual inspection, we ensure that any foreign materials or off-spec items are removed, providing our customers with safe and reliable products every day.

SAKURA FOOD, located in Nha Trang, Vietnam, processes sushi ingredients with a focus on salmon slices.
At SAKURA FOOD, the entire process—from sourcing raw materials and product processing to domestic customs clearance and sales to customers—is managed seamlessly within the group. This integrated system enables us to provide meticulous service and handle private brand (PB) production even for small lot orders.
The factory holds HACCP, MSC, and FSSC22000 certifications and operates under strict hygiene and quality control standards.
