Collaboration with TFFA and the Origin of Our Company Name
The name The Fish Factory Japan Co., Ltd. (TFFJ) is derived from TFFA (The Fish Factory Australia Pty Ltd).
Established in 1976 in Australia, TFFA engages in the wholesale and distribution of seafood and processed marine products such as mackerel, salmon, snapper, oysters, and lobsters, as well as the management of restaurants.
As a member of the Asahi Shokuhin Group, TFFJ adopts “The Fish Factory” as a unified global brand. Through collaboration with TFFA, along with our network partners Sakura Foods in Vietnam and Korea Tsukiji in South Korea, we aim to create synergies in mutual supply and product development across Australia, Korea, and Vietnam.
By working closely with TFFA, we strive to ensure a stable supply of raw materials, expand our product lineup, and build an internationally competitive business model in the seafood industry.
